BUYERS - When working with a buyer, we are open to offering every buyer we work a portion of the buyer's side commission as broker commission credit at closing. All broker credits will need to be approved by all parties to the transaction and is subject to approval.
All transactions, selling or buying, are subject to a $295 transaction fee. Any buyer broker credit must be disclosed to all parties of the transaction and is subject to approval.
